M\u00fcxt\u0259lif tarixi d\u00f6vrl\u0259rd\u0259 f\u0259rqli ideologiyalar\u0131n olmas\u0131na baxmayaraq qazan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bilikl\u0259r c\u0259miyy\u0259tin h\u0259yat\u0131nda t\u0259sir g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u0259 malik olmu\u015f, insanlar\u0131 ya\u015famaq u\u011frunda m\u00fcbariz\u0259y\u0259 s\u0259sl\u0259mi\u015fdir. Bu bax\u0131mdan Az\u0259rbaycan t\u0259hsil tarixinin XIX y\u00fczilliyin ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131 XX y\u00fczilliyin \u0259vv\u0259ll\u0259rin\u0259 aid olan d\u00f6vr\u00fc b\u00fct\u00f6vl\u00fckd\u0259 V\u0259t\u0259n tarixind\u0259 x\u00fcsusi m\u0259rh\u0259l\u0259 t\u0259\u015fkil edir. Elmi \u0259d\u0259biyyatlarda bu d\u00f6vr h\u0259m d\u0259 maarif\u00e7ilik h\u0259r\u0259kat\u0131n\u0131n geni\u015f v\u00fcs\u0259t ald\u0131\u011f\u0131, seminariyalar\u0131n, gimnaziyalar\u0131n, yeni tipli m\u0259kt\u0259bl\u0259rin yarand\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6vr kimi s\u0259ciyy\u0259l\u0259nir.&nbsp; Tarixi m\u0259nb\u0259l\u0259r t\u0259sdiq edir ki, \u015eimali Az\u0259rbaycan Rusiya t\u0259r\u0259find\u0259n i\u015f\u011fal edildikd\u0259n sonra burada yeni idar\u0259\u00e7ilik sistemi yarand\u0131 v\u0259 bu sistem m\u00fcst\u0259ml\u0259k\u0259\u00e7ilik xarakteri da\u015f\u0131y\u0131rd\u0131. Yaranan m\u0259kt\u0259bl\u0259rd\u0259 t\u0259hsilin m\u0259zmunu da yeni sistem\u0259 uy\u011fun formala\u015fd\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131. \u00c7arizm \u00f6z siyas\u0259tini h\u0259yata ke\u00e7irm\u0259y\u0259 qadir olan kadrlar\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 m\u0259qs\u0259dini qar\u015f\u0131ya qoymu\u015fdu. XIX y\u00fczillikd\u0259 C\u0259nubi Qafqazda ba\u015f ver\u0259n hadis\u0259 v\u0259 prosesl\u0259rl\u0259 ba\u011fl\u0131 s\u0259n\u0259dl\u0259rd\u0259, \u00e7ara \u00fcnvanlanan m\u0259ktublarda ifad\u0259 olunan fikirl\u0259r bunu t\u0259sdiql\u0259yir. M\u0259s\u0259l\u0259n, admiral Mordvinovun h\u0259l\u0259 1816-c\u0131 il iyunun 19-da imperiyan\u0131n m\u0259rk\u0259zi h\u00f6kum\u0259tin\u0259 \u00fcnvanlad\u0131\u011f\u0131&nbsp; m\u00fcraci\u0259tin\u0259 diqq\u0259t ed\u0259k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O yaz\u0131rd\u0131: \u201cBel\u0259 xalqlar\u0131 silah g\u00fcc\u00fc il\u0259 h\u0259mi\u015f\u0259lik ram etm\u0259k m\u00fcmk\u00fcn deyil. Lakin bu \u00e7\u0259tinlikl\u0259r\u0259 baxmayaraq Az\u0259rbaycan milli m\u0259d\u0259niyy\u0259ti inki\u015faf edir, maarif\u00e7i ziyal\u0131lar yeti\u015firdi. \u00dcmumiyy\u0259tl\u0259, tarix\u0259n \u0130r\u0259vanda elm\u0259, t\u0259hsil\u0259, \u0259d\u0259biyyata b\u00f6y\u00fck maraq olmu\u015fdur. Rusiya Maarif Nazirliyinin 1829-cu il 2 avqust tarixli q\u0259rar\u0131 il\u0259 C\u0259nubi Qafqazda q\u0259za m\u0259kt\u0259bl\u0259rinin yarad\u0131lmas\u0131na ba\u015fland\u0131. \u0130r\u0259vanda q\u0259za m\u0259kt\u0259bl\u0259rinin yaranmas\u0131 1831-ci ilin mart-oktyabr aylar\u0131nda n\u0259z\u0259rd\u0259 tutulmu\u015fdu. Lakin bu proses bir q\u0259d\u0259r l\u0259ngidi v\u0259 m\u0259kt\u0259b 1832-ci ilin 14 yanvar\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130r\u0259van q\u0259za m\u0259kt\u0259bi 1869-cu ild\u0259 progimnaziya kimi f\u0259aliyy\u0259t g\u00f6st\u0259rm\u0259y\u0259 ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu Seminariya \u201cKutaisi v\u0259 \u0130r\u0259van quberniyalar\u0131nda m\u00fc\u0259lliml\u0259r seminariyalar\u0131n\u0131n t\u0259\u015fkil edilm\u0259si haqq\u0131nda\u201d Rusiya imperiyas\u0131n\u0131n D\u00f6vl\u0259t \u015euras\u0131n\u0131n 20 oktyabr 1880-ci il tarixli q\u0259rar\u0131 \u0259sas\u0131nda yarad\u0131lm\u0131\u015fd\u0131. 1881-ci il noyabr\u0131n 8-d\u0259 \u0130r\u0259van M\u00fc\u0259lliml\u0259r Seminariyas\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 olmu\u015f v\u0259 f\u0259aliyy\u0259t\u0259 ba\u015flam\u0131\u015fd\u0131r. Bu Seminariya a\u00e7\u0131lark\u0259n t\u0259hsilalanlar\u0131n say\u0131 42 n\u0259f\u0259r olmu\u015fdur. F\u0259aliyy\u0259t\u0259 ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6vrd\u0259n 1914-c\u00fc il\u0259d\u0259k olan m\u00fcdd\u0259td\u0259 Seminariyan\u0131 63 n\u0259f\u0259r, 1915-ci ild\u0259 is\u0259 22 n\u0259f\u0259r az\u0259rbaycanl\u0131 bitirmi\u015fdir. Seminariyan\u0131n n\u0259zdind\u0259 haz\u0131rl\u0131q sinfi, n\u00fcmun\u0259vi ibtidai m\u0259kt\u0259b f\u0259aliyy\u0259t g\u00f6st\u0259rirdi. T\u0259l\u0259b\u0259l\u0259r pedaqoji t\u0259cr\u00fcb\u0259ni burada ke\u00e7irdil\u0259r.
