Bundan \u0259lav\u0259, t\u0259dbir t\u0259l\u0259b\u0259l\u0259r\u0259 h\u0259m yerli, h\u0259m d\u0259 beyn\u0259lxalq aliml\u0259r v\u0259 m\u00fct\u0259x\u0259ssisl\u0259rd\u0259n iqlim strategiyalar\u0131 \u00f6yr\u0259nm\u0259k, h\u0259m\u00e7inin iqlim sah\u0259sind\u0259 apar\u0131lan t\u0259dqiqatlar\u0131 geni\u015fl\u0259ndirm\u0259k \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn yeni bilikl\u0259r \u0259ld\u0259 etm\u0259k imkan\u0131 yarad\u0131r. T\u0259dbir zaman\u0131 universitetl\u0259r iqlim d\u0259yi\u015fiklikl\u0259rin\u0259 qar\u015f\u0131 siyas\u0259t v\u0259 t\u0259dqiqat f\u0259aliyy\u0259tl\u0259rini g\u00fccl\u0259ndirm\u0259k \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn \u00f6z strategiyalar\u0131n\u0131 t\u0259kmill\u0259\u015fdir\u0259r\u0259k t\u0259l\u0259b\u0259l\u0259rin\u0259 bu sah\u0259d\u0259 geni\u015f imkanlar t\u0259qdim etm\u0259yi planla\u015fd\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu bax\u0131mdan \u00f6lk\u0259mizd\u0259 dig\u0259r ixtisasla\u015fm\u0131\u015f m\u00fc\u0259ssis\u0259l\u0259rl\u0259 yana\u015f\u0131, bu sah\u0259d\u0259 ixtisasl\u0131 kadr haz\u0131rlayan Az\u0259rbaycan D\u00f6vl\u0259t Pedaqoji Universitetinin (ADPU) d\u0259 rolu olduqca \u0259h\u0259miyy\u0259tlidir. ADPU \u00f6lk\u0259mizin ekoloji g\u0259l\u0259c\u0259yin\u0259 verdiyi \u0259h\u0259miyy\u0259t \u00e7\u0259r\u00e7iv\u0259sind\u0259, C\u0259nab Prezidentin 2024-c\u00fc ili &#171;Ya\u015f\u0131l d\u00fcnya&#187; ili elan etm\u0259si il\u0259 ba\u011fl\u0131 bir s\u0131ra \u00f6n\u0259mli t\u0259dbirl\u0259r h\u0259yata ke\u00e7irmi\u015fdir. Bu t\u0259dbirl\u0259r aras\u0131nda ADPU-nun Kimya v\u0259 biologiya fak\u00fclt\u0259si v\u0259 \u201cBiologiya v\u0259 onun t\u0259drisi texnologiyas\u0131\u201d kafedras\u0131 t\u0259r\u0259find\u0259n ke\u00e7iril\u0259n silsil\u0259 ekoloji t\u0259dbirl\u0259r x\u00fcsusi \u0259h\u0259miyy\u0259t k\u0259sb edir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ADPU-nun t\u0259\u015f\u0259bb\u00fcs\u00fc il\u0259 t\u0259\u015fkil olunan bu t\u0259dbirl\u0259r iqlim d\u0259yi\u015fikliyi, ekosisteml\u0259rin qorunmas\u0131 v\u0259 t\u0259miz enerji kimi m\u00f6vzulara h\u0259sr olunub v\u0259 t\u0259l\u0259b\u0259l\u0259rin bu sah\u0259d\u0259 bilikl\u0259rini art\u0131rmaq, \u0259traf m\u00fchit\u0259 qar\u015f\u0131 m\u0259suliyy\u0259t hissini a\u015f\u0131layaraq ya\u015f\u0131l d\u00fcnya \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn t\u0259hsil verm\u0259k m\u0259qs\u0259di da\u015f\u0131y\u0131r. Kimya v\u0259 biologiya fak\u00fclt\u0259si v\u0259 \u201cBiologiya v\u0259 onun t\u0259drisi texnologiyas\u0131\u201d kafedras\u0131n\u0131n t\u0259\u015fkil etdiyi seminarlar, t\u0259liml\u0259r v\u0259 a\u00e7\u0131q m\u00fchazir\u0259l\u0259r t\u0259l\u0259b\u0259l\u0259r\u0259 yaln\u0131z ekoloji bilikl\u0259r verm\u0259kl\u0259 qalm\u0131r, eyni zamanda t\u0259miz texnologiyalar v\u0259 davaml\u0131 inki\u015faf m\u00f6vzular\u0131nda praktiki bilikl\u0259r \u0259ld\u0259 etm\u0259l\u0259ri \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn \u0259v\u0259zsiz platforma yarad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu silsil\u0259 t\u0259dbirl\u0259r Az\u0259rbaycan Respublikas\u0131n\u0131n ekoloji siyas\u0259tin\u0259 uy\u011fun olaraq universitetin g\u0259ncl\u0259r aras\u0131nda ekoloji maarifl\u0259ndirm\u0259 v\u0259 ekoloji d\u0259y\u0259rl\u0259rin formala\u015fmas\u0131nda \u00f6n\u0259mli rol oynamas\u0131n\u0131 t\u0259min edir. ADPU, bel\u0259 t\u0259dbirl\u0259r vasit\u0259sil\u0259 t\u0259l\u0259b\u0259l\u0259rin t\u0259hsil prosesind\u0259 \u00f6yr\u0259ndikl\u0259ri bilikl\u0259ri praktiki sah\u0259d\u0259 t\u0259tbiq etm\u0259l\u0259ri \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn \u015f\u0259rait yarad\u0131r v\u0259 g\u0259l\u0259c\u0259k n\u0259sill\u0259rin ekoloji m\u0259suliyy\u0259t da\u015f\u0131yan f\u0259rdl\u0259r kimi yeti\u015fm\u0259sin\u0259 t\u00f6hf\u0259 verir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u0259s COP-29 biz\u0259 n\u0259 v\u0259d edir? \u0130lk n\u00f6vb\u0259d\u0259, bu t\u0259dbir Az\u0259rbaycan\u0131n ekoloji siyas\u0259tl\u0259rini d\u00fcnya qar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda n\u00fcmayi\u015f etdirm\u0259k \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn \u0259la bir f\u00fcrs\u0259tdir. Son ill\u0259rd\u0259 Az\u0259rbaycan ekoloji m\u00f6vzularda beyn\u0259lxalq s\u0259viyy\u0259d\u0259ki m\u00f6vqeyini g\u00fccl\u0259ndirir, qlobal iqlim m\u00fcbariz\u0259sin\u0259 \u00f6z t\u00f6hf\u0259sini verir. COP 29 \u00e7\u0259r\u00e7iv\u0259sind\u0259 Az\u0259rbaycan istixana qazlar\u0131n\u0131n azald\u0131lmas\u0131, t\u0259miz enerji m\u0259nb\u0259l\u0259rinin inki\u015faf\u0131 v\u0259 ekosisteml\u0259rin qorunmas\u0131 sah\u0259sind\u0259 g\u00f6rd\u00fcy\u00fc i\u015fl\u0259ri d\u00fcnyaya t\u0259qdim edir, dig\u0259r d\u00f6vl\u0259tl\u0259rl\u0259 \u0259m\u0259kda\u015fl\u0131q qurur v\u0259 t\u0259cr\u00fcb\u0259 m\u00fcbadil\u0259si apar\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>COP-29-da Az\u0259rbaycan\u0131n z\u0259ngin k\u00fcl\u0259k v\u0259 g\u00fcn\u0259\u015f enerjisi potensial\u0131 d\u00fcnya ictimaiyy\u0259tin\u0259 yenid\u0259n tan\u0131d\u0131lacaq. Bu t\u0259dbir, \u00f6lk\u0259miz\u0259 t\u0259miz enerji layih\u0259l\u0259ri il\u0259 maraqlanan xarici investorlarla \u0259laq\u0259 qurmaq \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn geni\u015f imkanlar a\u00e7\u0131r. \u0130qtisadi bax\u0131mdan \u00f6lk\u0259miz\u0259 fayda g\u0259tir\u0259c\u0259k bu \u0259m\u0259kda\u015fl\u0131qlar h\u0259m d\u0259 Az\u0259rbaycan\u0131n ya\u015f\u0131l enerjiy\u0259 ke\u00e7idini daha da s\u00fcr\u0259tl\u0259ndir\u0259c\u0259k v\u0259 \u0259traf m\u00fchitin qorunmas\u0131 \u00fczr\u0259 yeni t\u0259\u015f\u0259bb\u00fcsl\u0259r v\u0259 \u00f6hd\u0259likl\u0259r d\u0259 q\u0259bul edil\u0259c\u0259k ki, bu da g\u0259l\u0259c\u0259k n\u0259sill\u0259rin ekoloji bilikl\u0259rl\u0259 z\u0259nginl\u0259\u015fm\u0259si \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn vacib add\u0131md\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Az\u0259rbaycan\u0131n COP-29 \u00e7\u0259r\u00e7iv\u0259sind\u0259 \u0259halinin ekoloji maarifl\u0259ndirilm\u0259sin\u0259 dair \u00f6hd\u0259likl\u0259r g\u00f6t\u00fcrm\u0259si, eyni zamanda, h\u0259m d\u0259 g\u0259ncl\u0259rin, x\u00fcsusi il\u0259 biologiya v\u0259 ekologiya ixtisaslar\u0131 \u00fczr\u0259 t\u0259hsil alan t\u0259l\u0259b\u0259l\u0259rin bu m\u0259s\u0259l\u0259y\u0259 daha \u00e7ox c\u0259lb olunmas\u0131na t\u0259kan ver\u0259c\u0259k. COP-29 t\u0259dbirinin n\u0259tic\u0259l\u0259ri iqlim t\u0259hsilinin geni\u015fl\u0259nm\u0259sin\u0259 v\u0259 bu sah\u0259d\u0259 yenilikl\u0259rin m\u00fc\u0259lliml\u0259r aras\u0131nda yay\u0131lmas\u0131na ciddi t\u0259sir g\u00f6st\u0259r\u0259 bil\u0259r. M\u00fc\u0259lliml\u0259r iqlim d\u0259yi\u015fikliyi m\u00f6vzusunda d\u0259rin bilikl\u0259r\u0259 yiy\u0259l\u0259nm\u0259k v\u0259 bu bilikl\u0259ri daha effektiv \u015f\u0259kild\u0259 \u00e7atd\u0131rmaq \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn x\u00fcsusi t\u0259liml\u0259r\u0259 c\u0259lb oluna bil\u0259rl\u0259r. \u0130qlim probleml\u0259rinin t\u0259dris prosesin\u0259 d\u00fczg\u00fcn inteqrasiya edilm\u0259si \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn m\u00fc\u0259lliml\u0259r\u0259 yeni materiallar, resurslar v\u0259 metodologiyalar t\u0259qdim edil\u0259 bil\u0259r ki, bu da g\u0259l\u0259c\u0259k n\u0259sill\u0259rd\u0259 ekoloji d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnc\u0259nin formala\u015fmas\u0131na t\u0259kan ver\u0259c\u0259k. ADPU-nun n\u00fcmun\u0259sind\u0259, \u00f6lk\u0259mizin bir s\u0131ra t\u0259hsil m\u00fc\u0259ssis\u0259l\u0259ri d\u0259 COP-29 kimi beyn\u0259lxalq t\u0259dbirl\u0259rd\u0259n sonra ekoloji c\u0259h\u0259td\u0259n davaml\u0131 f\u0259aliyy\u0259ti t\u0259\u015fviq ed\u0259n siyas\u0259tl\u0259r q\u0259bul ed\u0259 bil\u0259r. Universitet v\u0259 orta \u00fcmumt\u0259hsil m\u0259kt\u0259bl\u0259ri ekoloji bilikl\u0259rin geni\u015fl\u0259ndirilm\u0259si v\u0259 davaml\u0131l\u0131q prinsipl\u0259ri \u00e7\u0259r\u00e7iv\u0259sind\u0259 m\u00fc\u015ft\u0259r\u0259k \u00e7al\u0131\u015faraq ekoloji \u00e7evr\u0259mizd\u0259 karbon izl\u0259rini azaltmaq \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn m\u00fcxt\u0259lif t\u0259\u015f\u0259bb\u00fcsl\u0259r h\u0259yata ke\u00e7ir\u0259 bil\u0259rl\u0259r.
